Jeff has been in the supply chain industry for over 30 years in a wide variety of roles across operations, transformation, project implementation and IT service management. Working extensively with large FMCG retailers within APAC, Jeff has led large scale and complex process and systems change to existing and greenfield sites.
Jeff has an undeniable ability to achieve operational efficiency and this, coupled with an in-depth understanding of change management and human-centric design has enabled the successful delivery of over 50 implementation and upgrade projects including; Warehouse and Transport Management, Labour Management, Data Analytics, operational visibility, various automation and material handling solutions. Justan is an experienced supply chain professional with over 28 years experience working in retail, FMCG operations, finance, transport and logistics systems. With extensive experience across several prominent fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies, in end-to-end supply chain operations as well as project delivery, Justan is as-prepared to take on challenges in an operational sphere as he is in a technical IT or Systems, and brings the best of either world together.
Justan has a keen eye for detail, having developed ongoing solutions in both systems and finance, not afraid of getting his hands dirty with transport and facilities maintenance, however is also a big picture thinker with program management, test phase execution, change management and deployment experience with landing projects.
His evolved leadership, and proactive approach, enable him to guide customers through complex transformations, ensuring not only operational efficiency but also fostering positive change adoption. Having worked hands-on in a broad spectrum of roles in supply chain, Justan is well placed to relate to all levels of team, and has a strong focus on real-world operational and system safety.
